I believe in the potential of genetic medicine to transform the lives of patients living with neurodegenerative disease. I am especially interested in developing platform technology that can bring novel therapies for neurodegeneration into the clinic.

I am a final year student at Brown University studying Computational Biology and a bench scientist at heart. I have previously worked on gene therapy and editing at Eli Lilly and Company and on neuroinflammation at Sanofi. I will also be at #SfN26 this year to give an oral presentation on my neurodevelopment work at the Carney Institute for Brain Science.

Please feel free to reach out to me at adam_xu@brown.edu. I am always happy to talk about science.
